Payment Terms
  • Payment Methods: Loyalty rewards will be paid out via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) to the member's registered bank account or UPI ID.
  • Payment Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is ₹ [insert amount]. Members can redeem their rewards once they have accumulated the minimum required amount.
  • Payment Processing Time: Payments will be processed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3-5 working days] from the date of redemption.
  • Payment Confirmation: Members will receive a payment confirmation email and/or SMS once the payment has been processed.
Cancellation Policy

  • Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, the member's redemption request will be cancelled, and the rewards will be reinstated to their account. Members will be notified of the failed payment via email and/or SMS.
UPI-Specific Terms
  • UPI ID: Members must provide a valid UPI ID to receive payments via UPI.
  • UPI Payment Limits: UPI payments are subject to the transaction limits set by the member's bank and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
IMPS-Specific Terms
  • Bank Account Details: Members must provide accurate bank account details, including the account number, IFSC code, and bank name, to receive payments via IMPS.
  • IMPS Payment Limits: IMPS payments are subject to the transaction limits set by the member's bank and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
